Please join the Center on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs for a discussion with Teresa Ribera, Vice President and Minister for the Ecological Transition, Government of Spain.

One year ago, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine disrupted energy markets in Europe and around the world. Europe's policymakers responded with unprecedented measures, emphasizing their strong commitment to both energy security and the clean energy transition. Teresa Ribera, Vice President and Minister for the Ecological Transition of the Government of Spain, has been a key player in shaping policy on these issues in Brussels and Madrid, and is a widely-respected voice on energy and climate issues globally. Please join us for a dialogue with Minister Ribera moderated by David Sandalow, Inaugural Fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy.
