Scientists and science students spend a significant amount of time communicating their work through presentations, posters, data visualizations and other visual-centric means. In this webinar, we'll focus on several simple-but-critical design and layout principles to help make visual communications clearer, more engaging and have more impact with audiences. Francesco Fiondella is the director of communications for the International Research Institute for Climate and Society and has worked as a science communicator for more than 15 years, using his writing and photography to convey how some of the world’s most vulnerable people struggle with the realities of climate, and what scientists are doing about it.
