Leaders influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute to the overall success. Managers control a group or individuals to achieve a specified objective. In this session we will examine what it means to be a “self-aware” leader.  We will explore what it means to be an effective manager of people, projects and teams. Join us and decide how you might become “even better” as a manager and /or a leader. Consider how you are deploying your strengths as a leader and / or manager. Join us and grow your manager / leader "tool kit". This session is designed to support your "continuous build", as an even more effective leader and /or manager. This is an in-person event with a potential hybrid option. We will release more information about the hybrid option closer to the date.

This session will be lead by Patricia Hayling Price. She helps individuals deliver distinctive outcomes by improving self-awareness and sensitivity to interpersonal dynamics, operating with effective relating and communicating skills, authenticity and the internal confidence. Patricia’s work is informed by over two decades of corporate, board and not-for-profit leadership experience. While at IBM, Patricia ascended, for over two decades, through numerous domestic and global leadership roles in sales, consulting and marketing, but it was her groundbreaking work in talent development that spurred her to depart from IBM and build her coaching and consulting practice. Her unique background includes work on-stage and on-television, which translates to a keen sense for “professional image” and “communication effectiveness” to shape the total presentation of her clients.
