Description:
Speakers will discuss significant developments in New York State and New York City environmental law over the past year, including highlights from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and the New York City Law Department, as well as the latest on environmental law and climate-related court decisions, environmental justice developments, and emerging climate disclosure requirements.
