Join longtime environmental journalist Andy Revkin of the Columbia Climate School with the Pace University documentary team behind a new short film on farm-to-fork food systems in France, the nation where the international “Slow Food Manifesto” was signed in 1989.
This documentary course, which Revkin co-taught from 2011-2016, has chronicled sustainability challenges and solutions from Cuba to Brazil to Cape Cod.
