About this event
As part of the Eco Ambassador Summer 2021 program on "Life Below Water: Storytelling with ArcGIS", this session will guide participants to learn and practice the basics of using ArcGIS Online to create compelling maps that visualize your SDG 14 data!
We'll have a team of expert data analysts provide step-by-step guidance for getting started with the platform, preparing your data to be imported, and customizing how the data is presented on your map to help tell your SDG 14 story!
ArcGIS Online training will be provided by:
- Adam Pfister - Senior Solutions Engineer, Esri Non-profit
- Anela Layugan, GIS Analyst, SDGs Today
- Jeremy Zimmerman, Recent Columbia University graduate of Political Humanities and Sustainable Development.
The session will be moderated by:
- Tara Stafford Ocansey - Senior Education Technology Specialist, Center for Sustainable Development
We'll also include time for participants to explore use cases and ask questions in small groups.
