The Office of Research's Leadership Education & Development (LEAD) program delivers workshops, training events, lectures, and consultation services to mold the next-generation of researcher-leaders. With a special focus on nurturing community interconnectivity, LEAD trains researchers in project management, non-academic and interpersonal communications, team mentoring, and comprehensive research strategy.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Everyone at the Climate School is welcome to attend LEAD events! This includes, but is not limited to, undergraduate and graduate students, post docs, ARS, research scientists/staff, faculty, LARP/LRPs, administrative leadership and staff.
LEAD workshops and events will be recorded and distributed on a case by case basis. Depending on the permissions we receive from the speaker, the sessions will either be distributed directly to registrants or posted to YouTube.
