The Post-Award team supports faculty and research teams in the financial and administrative management of grants, contracts, and fellowships, in close collaboration with the Office of Sponsored Projects Finance (SPF).
Our team prepares portfolio reports, monitors expenditures for compliance with sponsor and University policies, and facilitates required attestations and certifications. We assist with effort tracking, subaward monitoring, and project closeout, while also guiding communications with sponsors on matters such as budget revisions, no-cost extensions, and carryover requests.
By providing clear reporting and proactive guidance, the Post-Award team helps PIs focus on advancing their research while maintaining strong stewardship of sponsored funds.
