The Center for Achieving Resilience in Climate and Health (C-ARCH) is organizing a symposium jointly with Columbia Global and the Columbia Climate School on April 29 from 3:45-6:45 pm at The Foyer at The Forum building on W 125th Street (2nd floor).
The symposium aims to introduce C-ARCH to the broader Columbia community — including students and faculty from the Climate School, SIPA, and the Columbia Global network — while showcasing the climate and health research and projects underway at the Mailman School of Public Health. A central goal is to explore opportunities for collaboration within Columbia and with external solutions-oriented partners, both locally and globally. We also hope to engage with social impact themes and to think through how C-ARCH can advance Columbia Global's broader mission. The symposium will consist of a keynote talk, a panel titled “Partnerships for Impact”, a set of short talks highlighting faculty research, and a reception.
