The journal management workshop is designed to provide journal editorial board members with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively manage a successful journal. The workshop will cover key topics including:

How to communicate with authors, including strategies for clear and timely correspondence, managing author expectations, and providing constructive feedback

How to find and retain high-quality reviewers, including techniques for identifying potential reviewers, crafting effective review invitations, and recognizing and rewarding reviewer contributions

How to build a community around the journal, including ways to engage with readers, foster a sense of belonging among authors, editors, and reviewers, retain alumni contributors, and promote the journal's brand and content through social media and other channels
