The Lamont Office for Academic and Research Community Success (ARCS) in collaboration with the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences (DEES) and Climate School Office of Inclusive Excellence (OIE) welcomes you to join us for our Women's History Month panelist event, Leading the Change: Women in Science Panel Discussion.
This event will be held at the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory campus, moderated by Still Working 9-5 film’s director, Camille Hardman. She will be joined by women leaders in STEM, including our own Dean of the Climate School, Alexis Abramson, for a conversation on leadership, workplace culture, and shaping a more sustainable and thriving future for women in our field. The event will begin at 12:30pm in the Monell Auditorium on March 23rd, 2026. Columbia operates a free shuttle bus between Morningside campus and Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory for Columbia University ID holders.
