Why Teach the Polar Regions

The polar regions are critical to Earth's Climate System and yet they remain understudied, undervalued and misunderstood. Through bringing together a variety of resources and programs our goal is to highlight their incredible value and to build a broader engagement and understanding. Why Teach the Polar Regions is designed to support teachers in developing a stronger background in teaching about the poles.
